Who we are

Total Sports Hub is an editorial team of twelve people — reporters, editors, producers and data researchers — focused on French football. We publish in English for readers in Australia and worldwide who follow Ligue 1, the women's championship, European fixtures and Les Bleus.

Editorial principles

We lead with verified facts. Match reports describe what happened on the pitch; transfer pieces distinguish confirmed deals from ongoing talks; analysis separates observation from prediction.

We cite primary sources where possible: club statements, league communications, federation releases and on-the-record briefings. When information comes from background contacts, we describe the source category without exposing private identities.

Headlines reflect the article body. We do not sensationalise injuries, sackings or financial figures beyond what evidence supports.

How we check facts

Every story passes through at least two editorial eyes before publication. Reporters log sources in an internal checklist; editors challenge numbers, dates and spellings of player names. Squad lists are cross-checked against official match sheets when available.

Live match coverage relies on a producer monitoring the feed while a reporter writes. Significant events — goals, cards, substitutions — are confirmed against two inputs before they appear in running copy.

Corrections

When we publish a material error, we correct the article and note the change in the internal log. Readers who spot an error can email [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day.
